Easy and safe payments via PayPal
We accept online payments using PayPal. You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order, or you can use your credit/debit card to do so. Both payment methods are secure. Your payment information is processed on the PayPal's secure website and the payment information is not disclosed, not even to us.
Please note that PayPal could change the payment user interface at any time. We do not claim to always have the latest version of their interface reflected in the present guide. Please contact us if you notice discrepancies. Thank you!
How to pay for your order using PayPal - step by step guide
STEP 1 - Choose a way to pay
There are two possible choices regarding the online payment method:
- Pay with your PayPal account - You need a PayPal account in order to use this payment method. If you do, you can log in and make the payment.
- Pay with a debit or credit card - Click on the appropriate link and you will be taken to the next step.
To cancel the online payment and return to the webshop you can click on the "Cancel and return to Mag. Martin Neureiter Consulting KG" link.
STEP 2 - Entering the credit/debit card details
At this step you will notice that your personal data is already filled in. You can change it by clicking on the Change link.
You have to enter your credit or debit card details. This information is confidential and it will not be disclosed by PayPal under any circumstances, not even to us. Also, the payment is made using a secure connection.
Click on the Review and Continue button in order to go to the next step.
To cancel the online payment and return to the webshop you can click on the "Cancel and return to Mag. Martin Neureiter Consulting KG" link.
STEP 3 - Review your information
This is just a review page - part of the credit card details is displayed, the total amount and some contact information.
Click on the Pay Now button in order to make the payment.

STEP 4 - Payment completed
Congratulations! You have just completed the online payment.
If you have purchased The Complete CSR Toolkit on your order, a yellow button saying Go back and ACTIVATE The Complete CSR Toolkit will be displayed. You can click on it and you will be redirected to the Activation page on our website.
If the software application was not on your shopping cart, then the Go back to The CSR Shop button will be displayed. This will take you back to our online shop.
