Order The Complete CSR Toolkit CD
The Complete CSR Toolkit is also available on CD. If you would like to have the application CD you can order and it will be delivered to you.
The application's CD is delivered for free if you buy a license.

How to order The Complete CSR Toolkit application CD?
(or any other products in our Online Shop)
STEP 0 - Add the application to your shopping cart
Go to the CSR Shop section of this webpage. The first product on the page is The Complete CSR Toolkit. Enter the desired number of licenses you would like to buy in the QTY field.
Then, please click on the "Add to shopping cart" button (or "Add to cart" button for any other product in the Online Shop). You will notice that the Total Amount of your shopping cart increased with the value of the ordered licenses. You can continue your shopping on this page and add other products to your cart if you would like to.
When you finished, please click on the Go to check out link located right next to the Total amount field. This will take you to the next step.
STEP 1 - Review the ordered products & Gather your personal data
At this point the products you've ordered are displayed. The list of products has an active Qty field. This allows you to change the quantity for each product. The changes will be validated as soon as you go to the next step.
In order to be able to issue the invoice and send you the products we will need some personal data. This page will allow you to fill in a form with this information.
You have to agree with our Terms and Conditions in order to be able to go to the next step.
Click on the Next button in order to go to the next step, or Back in order to go back to the Online Shop. You can also Cancel your order at this point.
STEP 2 - Payment method
This page displays a summary of the data gathered so far and allows you to select the payment method.
You can pay online using your credit / debit card or you can pay via bank transfer. We recommend the online payment because it's faster and you can have your products in a shorter time.
Done!
After the payment will be confirmed, we will deliver the products to the address you have specified at Step 1.
